Brief Description:  Engine baffle additions and paint

The front 2 cylinders have always been running cooler than the others and the new baffling I installed went a long way to help raise them up, however, I'm still needing them to come up about 30 degrees. Obviously, my goal is to have all the CHT's within 5 degrees of each other in cruise, so I've added a couple more panels over the cylinder heads in order to block the incoming air, hopefully raising the CHT's. The reason these engines cool so easily is that the heads are machined aluminum Billet and they have massive cooling fins that make up a large surface area. This in turn makes it a snap to keep the temps down. Now if only UL power could create an oil cooler solution that is also this successful.
