Brief Description:  Inner oil cooler baffle work begins

Using the cooler exit plenum, I cut off the flanged side that will now be turned into an inner cooler baffle between the 2 coolers I will be using now. A second 8 row SW cooler will be here tomorrow and I will want them connected using a baffle to create a nice air tight seal. This setup will be slightly more annoying to remove and replace later on so I'm hoping this will be a more permanent fix. The idea here is to 1: add more oil volume to the system, and 2: double the size of the cooler allowing for much lower temps. According to Pacific oil coolers, 2 coolers will not work stacked as both need cool high pressure air sources. I however, am willing to debate that before adding a large draggy scoop to the bottom of the airframe.
The cooler lines will be run in series which should give the oil a nice long distance to travel and cool down before returning to the sump. Take note here UL power!
