Brief Description:  Oil cooler aft plenum begins

The plunge has begun. Cutting into my cowling had to happen but it wasn't easy. It was perfect and beautiful and now has a strange hole in it that makes up 15 sq. in. of oil cooler exhaust area. My goal is to be able to run wide open throttle down on the deck on a hot day and see no more than 230 degree oil temps. This will help a ton!
The build uses the old oil cooler plenum base, some x-30 foam, UNI, and some Carbon BID. It took some time to get it to fit nice and close to the cowling before glass work began but I did it. 3 rounds of glass layup cures was easy using the oven to bake, but after 12 hours of work, I'm beat, so tomorrow I'll finish her up and test fly her in prep for saturdays trip. :)
