Brief Description:  My Lucky number 7

Todays test flight revealed a couple things worth noting. First, my #6 EGT probe was jumping all over the place. I suspected it was due to the addition of my SS tube and clamps for the engine oil beather tube. I moved the clamp away from the probe and the issue went away. I'll need to confirm this in flight as well, but I suspect that was the issue. More later.

I also have been tracking the results from several different VG locations and found that the best results so far come from placing them about an inch apart on the aft end. See pic #2. So now I'm going to be moving them just in front of the naca and then further away to see which position is best.

The best news so far is that I decided to grind away the areas on the bottom of my induction box to see if I could make it work. I routed out paths for the fuel lines and wires to clear and now I have AMPLE room under the cowling. However, I may need to extend the height of the box after receiving the filter. By how much I don't know, but I think I can make this work if all goes well. Waiting on K&N.
