Brief Description:  VG's baby

So after reading an article about this major solution to high engine temps, I just had to try it myself. The article points out that a set of VG's placed in front of a NACA duct can reduce engine CHT temps by a whopping 40 degrees! I'm going for lower oil temps so it's painless to try this out. I used a sheet of 3 ply UNI to make my VG's. I made them using the template that was included in the article and will install them per the recommendation. Now, my NACA is much small that the typical belly naca, so it may take a few changes in location to get it right, but that's no big deal.
It took about an hour to cut, sand, glue and paint the pair and now they are ready for install. I have a few days of prestine weather ahead so I'l be installing them tomorrow for sure. Test flights will happen within 48 hrs. Very excited.
