Brief Description:  Plenum closeout

This Oil Cooler endevour has been a real joy, let me tell ya. I've hacked up my Beautiful intake plenums for nothin. Now I have to bring them back to their original configuration but with a Twist. This time I'm going to block off the front cylinder almost completely with a 4 ply layup of Carbon BID. This will be a snap to install and easy to trim down if needed. The goal is NOT to close off the intake openings yet, but to balance the CHT's FIRST, then start choking down the opening to raise them all at once.
I did the 4 ply Pre-preg layups over foil. The old Oil cooler exits were sealed off with 2 plies Carbon BID on the inside and will be filled over both inside and out after cure. Then the 4 ply layups will be installed at the aft end of the opening, affectively blocking off the front cylinder that is a good 100 degrees cooler than the rest. Got to Warm them up!
