SO Klaus knows what he's doing. It's true. yes he's overpriced, BUT, His belly Naca works extremely well and is REALLY low drag. SO, I decided to just copy his right from the get go. I used 2 pieces of Blue foam to make a really similar design to his that keeps the air INSIDE the naca as shown in pic 3. If my temps are TOO good (fat chance), then I can start closing up the naca, but I want all the mods I can get to start off with. I got everything lined up and sanded smooth, then laid up 2 plies Carbon BID all over. Should be good to knife trim in no time at all. :)
