So, with the way the ducting enters the plenum for the oil cooler, the air will have to ram into itself from both ducts, then after that mess happens, rush down at a 90 degree bend on into the cooler. YUCK. I can see this being a problem so I developed an air diverter that will take both streams of air and bend them individually down into the cooler using a radiused corner. This should take care of the collision at least. Using green foam, micro and 1 ply BID I laid up the mess. I then added 1 extra ply to the beginning and end of the diverter for strength. After cure, the peel ply will come off, she'll be cleaned up and ready for test flights.
