Brief Description:  Reverse scoop per Rutan

So apparently, Rutan was able to significantly reduce his oil temps by adding a reverse scoop just ahead of the oil cooler exit. I'm not totally sure that enough air will be pumped through my intake plenums to help my dilemna, but I'll use all the help I can get for right now. Pic 1 was directly taken from a write up about getting a whopping 3.8 Delta "P" by installing this type of scoop in a precise location. I decided to copy it, but changed the profile a bit to improve the airflow a little. Now I'm not sure if an abrupt airflow change is what contributes to the drop in oil temps but I can at least start here if nothing else.
2 plies Carbon Bid over yellow foam should do it for the test flight. If it's a success, then the entire finished contour will be refined. For now, I won't waste my time finishing another "maybe" solution. Besides, I'm starting to collect a nice pile of unused scoops at this point :)
