Brief Description:  A new trailing edge spar

One word. WOW. This one tops them all. The previous builder has officially built a wing that would have killed him. No kidding the aileron had 8 degrees of down throw. It's suppose to be 20!! The issue here is that his trailing edge spar cap was not cut out per plans and was so shallow that it blocked the aileron movement. What a joke! However it was not a difficult thing to fix. I cut out the spar cap and laid up 1 ply UND and 2 plies BID. The plans calls for 3 plies BID however, due to reports of aileron lock during high G Manuevers, I decided to stiffen it up a bit. originally I was going to use all carbon, but that would mean replacing the other wings' spar as well and I'm not wanting to repeat this surgery again. I will however have to make some changes to the other wing because the builder screwed up that aileron by 1/2" in chord length. More of that fun later.
