Brief Description: Trimming and installing the bushings
This step took longer than I thought. Each bushing has to be trimmed to match the depth of each individual hole (12 in all). Then scuffed with 80 grit and installed with flox all while measuring angles and adding washers to align everything. Oh and don't forget to add vaseline to ensure the bolts don't get bonded to the bushing during cure. After all this I was able to calculate the length of bolts needed for each hole. I probably bolted the wings on and then took them off a total of 10 times to get to this point. But well worth it as I now have perfectly aligned wings.
