The Flox cured overnight so I added flox to all the edges with 15 minute epoxy for a smooth glass transition. After this cured I sanded them flush and applied a total of 10 plies of UND Glass throughout just as the plans suggested. Now the only thing I must note is that the previous builder had already done this glass work but forgot to put it OVER the aluminum. This obviously makes a think layer of glass on top and bottom of the wing surfaces that I'm hoping won't be a problem when i go to fill and prep for paint. Either way, I can now rest assured that my wings won't leave me in flight :)
