Brief Description:  Cut and Buff and prop is on

It's rediculous how much time it take to cut and buff WHILE trying to balance a prop. Every gram mattered at this point. I was not expecting it to take so long to bring the clear coat to a shiny gloss surface and it's still not as shiny as it was when it was sprayed, but boy was I able to cut down that orange peel. This clear really needs to be shot in a 70 degree shop to lay down nice and flat. 85 flashes it too fast and the orange peel arrives. It's most definitely a MUCH better finish that what shows up at the door when you order these props so I'm hoping for another knot or 2 ;) She's now on the plane and ready to test fly. The next flight will be a 1 hour flight at high power settings in order to test the oil temps, and autopilot servo. Let's hope these mods make a real difference.

Today, the Midwife told my wife she was beginning to see signs of labor and wouldn't think we'd make it through the night without our new addition coming into the world. But it's 10pm and my wife is sound asleep. Maybe he'll just sneak out, go downstairs, open the fridge and steal some of my pizza. Shoot, Israel better not! -
