Brief Description:  More sanding and primer. it never ends

So here is my 3rd round of primer after the micro spot fill I added was finished curing and was sanded down. I now know why my ailerons were heavier before this venture. I have had a really hard time sanding down the filler and primer without breaking through the glass in some spots and opening up new pin holes. I believe I was unwilling to sand as much before in order to avoid this which lead to this issue that i'm having now. So every time I sand down the primer I find that I've got new pin holes. The good news is that I'm finding less and less each time. I just need to be comitted to getting them finished with zero pin holes and I'm tempted to leave a couple here and there because the process is so tedious. We'll sand down this primer tomorrow being very carefull to block sand gently and see what comes of it.
The other task today was to start sanding down the left strake / wing juncture. Since I'm still rigging the bird, I'm not going for perfect but I just wanted to see how close I was to hitting glass and I was able to remove quite a bit of filler here which I'm very happy about. I will final contour after the airplane flies nice and straight in cruise with all controls centered. I'm quite confident that I'll be able to make the juncture look extremely nice when all is said and done.
