Brief Description:  Post cure lower cowling and wheel tweeks

Over the course of making this lower cowling, at some point it cured in a position that caused it to have contact with the oil cooler. That's bad! I thought I try a little post cure trick using a couple shop lights and it worked perfectly! I positioned the lights to give a 160 degree surface temp for 3 hours while a piece of blue foam was wedged between the cooler and cowling. After removing the lamps I let it cool down for another hour. I then removed the foam and found that it was cured up in the right position! Sweet!
On a side note, The right wheel has been showing signs of a loose axle nute by the evidence of grease being slung all over the wheel during taxi tests. I've cleaned it twice thinking it was just over packed but it keeps coming back. Interestingly, I was able to tighten the nut by one notch and the seal still stays in position without spinning. That means that it WAS loose so I'm thinking the problem is solved. I cleaned it up real nice and well watch for more splatter later. :)
I also spent 30 minutes cleaning up the canopy frame in prep for weather seal. Getting closer!
