Brief Description:  Houston...I got this

So I consulted with a known builder who has more experience than I will ever have. As soon as I told him what was happening to the surface of my strakes after post curing them, he says "Congrats!" and I say, "what???" He goes on to tell me that this is a sure sign of a successful post cure and that all the different layers and epoxies and fillers are coming together as 1 solid layer. However, due to their differences, some expand and some shrink. Here I had extremes of both particularly where there are high micro builds. THANKS GOD it wasn't the X-30 foam. NO glass work required. I began block sanding and WOW these mountains came to life. I was easily able to block them down. I also tackled all the delams I found by drilling a hole and injecting pure ezpoxy. To avoid further post curing issues I set the airplane outside again for 2 hours to let this epoxy cure. I also was VERY pleased to see that the surface stayed the same with no other changes meaning I can now feel confident that my next round of block sanding willl be successful and stay that way.
