Brief Description: I'm totally in love with Marquee
LOTS of painting today. In fact, more than I thought I'd do. I first tackled every black area. The nose got its second coat and the false wall as well. I then carefully made tape lines in the fuselage for the black trim and turtle deck. 2 coats were applied. After 2 hours of cure on the black, a new tape line was made for the Marquee, Ocean Pearl paint. I then was able to add 2 coats of this paint to the passenger area as well as the touch up spots in the pilots area. Let me tell you, there is nothing more rewarding than standing back after a 12 hour day and seeing what you have imagined for months finally come to life. The yellowish almond is gone and the Ocean has arrived. HUGE thanks to Behr for making such a fabulous paint that I DON'T have to wear a mask to use! :) Just look at the pics and see for yourself!
