Brief Description:  Finish n Flip!

Today was great. I got a lot done. I chose to "F" it and go straight to wet sanding intead of more fill and primer work. I'm convinced that had I done more filler and primer work there STILL would have been at least 1 more pin hole or low spot that I missed and it would have driven me crazy. Instead, I'm committed to that perfect finish work JUST prior to paint. But that's another day.
For now, She got wet sanded to 3000 grit, I installed the fuel drain valves, prepped the speed brake for flush SS hardware, and re-installed the nose wheel. This is looking Awesome! Even the landing light area turned out beautiful. Can't wait to start installing the electronics and get away from all the glass work! However, for now I must press on to the most annoying task yet, the interior sanding and paint. It's gonna be incredibly tedious, but I am committed to stepping into my plane and it feeling like a production Cirrus in finish quality.
To end the day with a bang, I was able to invite the neighbors over again to help me flip her back over. Boy it was a piece of cake with 6 people. 2 at the nose, and 2 on each strake. It rolled over on the pine board per the CP perfectly. And there's nothing like Pizza, Beer, and good friends....
