Brief Description:  Canopy gets new primer line

Well there is certainly one way to fix a big canopy scratch....COVER IT! I shot 3 more thin coats of primer over the new exposed canopy line. I then was VERY brave to attempt not only wet sanding but removing the tape after only 6 hours of cure. The primer was still soft enough to take on a fingerprint and while I WON'T be doing that again, I lucked out this time and everything turned out great. Now as soon as the canard and elevators are finished, I'll be going back and fixing the interior paint AGAIN.. giving it another new paint line. I will say though, this latch pin issue has birthed 2 really good things.
#1 I have a thousand times more confidence in my latch pin hardpoints
#2 The multiple paint lines on the interior are noticeable and this give me 1 more chance to go back and do it RIGHT. ONE. LAST. TIME.
Now I only have 1 more scratch to deal with that's in my line of sight and I'm gaining confidence that I can get it fixed.
