Brief Description:  Epoxy Primer round 2 with a little Jelly on the si

So good times... I was ecstatic to see again how well my slurry coat is working for me. After block sanding the first round of Primer I'm almost convinced I can go straight for final grey primer as the low spots are almost non existant. HOWEVER, for good measure I did go over those spots and applied 3 more coats of Black primer that will serve as a final guide coat. So here is something funny. I "accidently" bought Urethane activator instead of Urethane Reducer and as soon as I mixed it into my cup it went crazy! I tell ya, I should have been on "Breaking Bad" The stuff instantly turned into Blackberry Jelly. I almost ran inside to get my peanut butter. DOH! So as a backup I made a new batch with Acetone for thinning and actually got really good results and a solid 3 coats out of it when I was mixing for only 2. It flashed off even quicker with Acetone which tells me it was a thinner coat. No worries though as I'm sure I won't need any serious mil thickness anyways. I did go ahead and order the RIGHT reducer and plan to stick with it when it arrives. Anyway, at this rate my Canard will be done in time for me to repair my canopy mishap by early next week. :) That means I'm about 10 days away from turning my fuselage upside down!!!
