Brief Description: Sanding and finessing the canard
I used 80 grit to sand down the piled up micro I added to both ends of each elevator and began finessing them until I reached about a 1/32 gap between elevator and canard. I was also REALLY tempted to start block sanding my new slurry skim trick and couldn't resist. WOW. the rest of this airplane WILL be finished with this technique. SO fast and so easy to contour. This is where the canard will stay until I've got my wheels back on the gear so it will be a few days. VERY close to primer on this canard.
