Brief Description:  Please God let the sanding stop...

So against my own judgement I decided to block sand the skim coats to 80 grit and I'm glad I did. Lots of sags and runs that were invisible showed up as well as obvious high and low spots. 5 hours to block it down to glass and it wasn't fun because the epoxy is only 24 hours cured which means it clogged up my sand paper every 30 seconds. HORRIBLE. So Either I wait 3 days to sand or put up with the clogging. Anyway, I got through it and decided NOT to try and tackle the low spots and pin holes simply because I could spend 4 hours doing it and come to prime and find 100 more. I'd rather let the primer do it's job and expose EVERYTHING on the first run after spraying it. That means that a total of 4 coats appllied to the canard and 3 on everything else. She will sit with this shiny coat until it's time to prime. A little extra protection from the abuse she will get when moving her upside down and around the garage here soon.
