Nothing but sanding all day. The trickiest part here is being able to get EVERY part of the canopy to fit with close tolerances. This means the Pins much align, the latches must align, the ball latches must also all while leaving a very small gap around the entire perimeter for weather seal. It took a LONG time to sand inside the intake nooks and crannies and I still have another couple rounds to go before skim coating. I've got my clearances now but barely. That's good. There is a lot of finessing that still needs to happen but tomorrow will be a glassing day to give my poor fingers a break :)
