So I have Clearly explained my frustration with Oregon Aero in past posts, however a dreaded sight had to be realized today. I installed my consoles and thigh supports and added the seats to check for fit and realized that while the seats are all a tight fit, my butt pad is WAY too big. Like crazy big. How did they screw that up so bad? Anyway I was REALLY nice in an email to them about this, expecting to pay another $500 to get the seat re-done and was surprised when they emailed me back and offered a fix at no cost. I would just pay shipping. SO, I sent off the cushion with a new drawing and dimensions and HOPEFULLY this will mend our relationship a bit. I'm cursed having 10 years in customer service management because my standards are really high. However, the good news is that eventually I WILL have a finished airplane :)
