Today was all smiles. I got the right wing sanded down to 3000 grit for a little shine on the primer and had the wife help me hang it back on the wall. Feels good to finish a major section after so many hours. The second parts of the day was sanding and spraying the aileron and rudder. It feels weird using my spray gun and sanding blocks on such a small part comparred to the wing. It goes by so fast :) Several coats on the aileron but filler will still need to tackle a couple spots I found. I'm going to try to keep material as thin as possible for weight and balance but I'm not willing to have a control surface with poor contour either. More tomorrow.
