Yep, I'm as fickle as they come. I find myself looking at pictures of long ez's online and seeing gorgeous line and precision contouring and it eats at me. I'm going back for more shaping starting with the winglet. The leading edge was not good to begin with but my "rush it" devil told me to ignore it. eh, I don't like devils so here comes the filler. 5 separate applications to get the shape I wanted but as you can tell from the photo, it was pretty uneven. Glad I went back. I'm also going to lay the wing right side up and take care of some unwanted waviness. I noticed a mistake i was making while contouring was that when I saw a low spot I instinctively treated it like a high spot and started sanding more in order to get to the low spot.Well this just makes the problem worse so tomorrow she will get filler...again... and I'll be going for a more level approach. Mr. Perfectionism wins again.
