Mission complete. The harbor freight $99 HVLP system did a fine job laying down 2 coats of primer. This was my first time painting anything with a spray gun and I learned a TON in 1 hour. I made couple runs here and there but overall it turned out great. I am shocked though that 2 coats took 1/2 gallon of this stuff even after reducing by 10-15%. SO now I'm out of primer. No big deal, I ordered more and I will be block sanding the wing again. The Black did exactly what I wanted it to. It shows EVERY imperfection. I can now easily go over these places with filler or skim, block sand again and spray another 2 coats until it's flawless. There's no way I would have seen the imperfections before spraying. The only thing I have yet to find out is how high the build will be. It doesn't seem to fill any off the low spots well, however after block sanding I will no for sure. Either way I'm happy :)
