I decided that since I'm getting really close to final primer, It would be wise to go ahead and assemble the canard in order to check for fit and gaps. I had to sand on the right elevator a bit to get a min. 1/16" clearance from the tip. This now matches on both sides. So far everything is looking really good. I'm totally diggin the tips for sure and I actually pulled up a study done that showed wing fences to be the most affective in adding lift compared to winglets and were also very low drag solutions. I'm liking that news :) I can't wait to see this canard in final paint. WOW.
