My last hour of the day was spent trimming off the excess Carbon Fiber from the Vortilons. I tell ya what, the 1 ply Carbon and flox Corners is TOUGH! That thing aint comin off without a hammer. I sanded down the Carbon to a smooth transition onto the wing as best I could in prep for filler. My Hope is that the Vortilon to Wing intersection will be smooth, radiused, low drag, and almost undetectable as if the wing and Vortilon came assembled out of a mold. We'll see :) I'm really Happy with them so far.
