Brief Description:  Lots of work and lots of pics

Today was wildly successful in just how many different things were accomplished. To begin I aligned the pilot and passenger headrests against the panel and rollover structures locating where the mounting holes would need to be drilled. Adding a little sharpie to the nylon pins made it a snap! I am also having a friends wife sew custom matching stick grip boots and BOY I wish she would have done the headrests. She literally Defines perfectionist in her work.
The second job was to install threaded inserts where the pilots safety harness will attach at the shoulders. I didn't follow the plans method here but I also don't plan on pulling extreme negative G's.
Moving on, I glassed the right passenger console and floxed in place the foot rest/actuator cover. Now during the dry fit I noticed that running a wires to the actuator after install would be a nightmare so I ran 2, 18awg wires through the conduit up to the nose. This will save a LOT of time and I'm glad I did it now. I will add a connector at the actuator later on.
Finally, I had a second wind tonight and headed back into the shop to install the roll trim hardware and flox the final console in place. The right side pilot console. I cleaned up the hardware really well and greased the moving parts before assembly. Testing the roll trim proved to be as good as I remember. Precision fit and smoooooth movement. Love it!
