Brief Description:  Console prep

Today's focus was the interior. The pilot and passengers heated seats will be switched on and off with the switch that came with the heated elements which means the switches will need a mounting point. I elected to build a panel for the passenger that will be out of the way yet still be within reach during flight. The panel I cut today will need to be re-done because I forgot to drill holes for the mic and phone inputs. However, the panel dimensions will remain the same.
Next I placed the wire bundles in their respective positions within the consoles to be accessible but hidden. This is a tight spot to work due to all of the other things inside the consoles. I then cut out the speed brake actuator access hole which will be conveniently covered by the Passenger Warning placard later.
After cutting the foam and building the passenger panel I glassed the outside with 1 ply BID. The panel will have dual USB charging ports, heated seat controls and the mic/phone connections.
