Brief Description:  Main Ground Buss cleanup and a new issue

I had no clue when I started this Install that I'd be needing over 30 ground wires for such a simple VFR panel. I think when all is said and done I'll be sitting at almost 40 ground wires. Had I known ahead of time I would have used a larger gound Buss or stacked 2 of them. Either way, I was able to get all but 2 of them grounded today and it took almost all day because I wanted it to be clean and presentable. I also wanted at least 1 lug open for future grounding additions which meant combining 2 wires into 1 terminal in several places. All that is left to ground is the Nav Lights and Nose Gear although Saturday may expose another I can't think of.
After finding a good stopping point, I went on to start solving my rudder cable clearance issue. I ran a short length of cable to see how much clearance I needed over the wire bundles and its a good bit. I'm deciding if I can run a section of Nylaflow tubing either over, under, or in between the wire bundle without causing problems down the road. Worst case scenario, I'll build a "table" over the wires and run some conduit over that for the cable to run through. Although I may be able to run a short length of conduit through the middle of the wires that would be the least amount of stress on the rudder cable. First, I will try to compress the wires against the side of the fuselage to see if I gain clearance that way, and if not, then plan B, C, and D will commence. We'll get it one way or another.
