My assumptions were VERY correct. I've found the most amazing place to mount the pitch servo. Not to mention, the way it will connect to the elevators will be rock solid and simple. I'm stoked! First things first here, I need robust hardpoints. I took a square piece of hardwood, drilled out 4 holes that will house the threaded brass inserts and cut them apart. I then prepped the inside of the fuse with 4 square cavities and cleared out the foam. I ran and got my oral syringe for this one. Ater bonding the 4 hardpoints in place with small amounts of 5 min epoxy, I removed the servo tray and injected West systems Flox into the cavity. Really the only way to go to ensure that the entire void is filled. Thanks Walgreens :) After smoothing out the flox, I covered the hard points with 1 ply bid and peel ply. After cure I'll need to flush the area with filler and re-paint. Lots of touch of spots for paint so it will wait until the entire interior gets paint.
