Brief Description:  Speed Break assembly

After flipping the plane, the decision was made to paint the speed brake bracket Navajo White to accent the black primer inside. After cure, the bracket was installed with 1" SS screws, however 7/8" SS would look better, but I didn't have any on hand. Either way, the strength is the same and nothing is compromised structurally. ON the top side, the actuator was installed with the correct pin and washers for a nice snug, yet smooth rotating assembly. I also added flush tinnerman washers to every screw in the assembly for a more surface area "insurance" if you will. The whole job took a rediculous 3 hours due to trial and error of getting that perfect fit and alignmment. Got to make sure that break extends and retracts just right every time.
