I bolted the actuator back in and took measurements for designing a cover that would be able to withstand the random kick received from a passengers shoe. I used the same foam and layup design as the consoles because of how light and robust they have turned out to be. The only thing left is to layup the glass and figure out how I want to keep it in place... bolted, or magnets???
