Brief Description:  SS Firewall trimmed, test fit, and Fiberfraxed.

The engine installation is only days away now, so it's the perfect time to get things ready between drying coats of interior paint. I had to spend a considerable amount of time trimming the SS sheet here and there to get it to clear the cowling lip and fuel line bulkhead. Taking it on and off was not easy and I'm looking forward to the LAST time I have to do this.
After finally getting a good fit, I got my fiberfrax sheet, sprayed it with 3M77 adhesive as well as the SS Firewall, let them tack for a minute and pressed them together under a heavy slab of glass for an hour. I removed it after cure and the bond is fantastic!
I then cut out 2 sheets 12"x7.5" that will cover the exposed spar areas. No fiberfrax for now until the Roll servo hardpoints are installed and the holes cleared in the SS.
