I've been extremely happy with the results I've been getting from Rustoleum so I thought I'd try their toughest line of paint for the engine mount. Professional series enamel in white. I am trusting the white paint to crack where the engine mount fails if it ever happens but I don't want a paint that will slowly chip away, making it impossible to find a crack. I layed down 2 wet coats and aside from 1 small run, the finish is incredible! Now we'll see how it stands the test of time. Oh, and prior to paint I used a red scotchbrite pad for prep and then gave it a soap and water bath, per the instructions.
