The new cylinder baffles were trimmed and fitted, then painted and re-installed using Red RTV. I'm not totally convinced that these alone will raise the 2 front cylinders enough and it "might" mean that I'll have to start modifying the intake scoops with a ramp in order to deflect the direct blast of cooling air away from the cylinder heads. I'm just glad I'm not having CHT's that are too HIGH but rather too cool :) She's now ready for test flights.
