Began assembly of fuel tank by attaching fuel flange and main tank skin to the fwd bulkhead assembly, installing the bulkhead fitting, and attaching the fwd tank bracket as per Steps 9-11, page 37-02. All steps completed only after mating surfaces were scuffed, cleaned with lacquer thinner and coated with Fuelmaster fuel tank sealant.
