Deburred edges and holes of stabilator spars and spar caps.
Machine countersunk all called out holes of the spars and spar caps as per Steps 1-4 and Figure 1, page 9-02.
Completed preparation of hinge brackets, spar cap spacers, and doublers (separation, deburring, final drilling, and countersinking as required) as per Steps 5-10, page 9-02.
Deburred inspar ribs.
Primed entire surfaces of spars, spar caps, hinge brackets, and inspar ribs. Primed mating surfaces of spar cap spacers and doublers.
Stabilator spar parts now ready for assembly.
Total time on entire project to date (excluding time for review of construction manual and builder's log entries) is 329.75 hours.
