Completed F-1259H fuel return line aft anf finished Steps 2-5, page 28-06. Completed installation of union bulkhead fitting as per Step 11, page 28-06 rev.1 (dated 8/17/09). Torqued and marked fuel line fittings (#6 to 80 in-lb and #4 to 50 in-lb).
