Skipped Section 26 (seatbacks) and opted to complete rudder pedal assembly first. Rudder pedal blocks (F-1235) were not included in my fuselage kit (nor on any of my parts lists) and I had to contact Van's to have them sent.
Separated rudder pedal blocks (Step 1) and then assembled rudder pedals and temporarily installed brake master cylinders for one side as per Steps 2-6, page 27-02. Drilled brake pedal torque tubes as per Steps 1-3, page 27-03.
