Riveted fuselage bottom skin, doublers, and bottom stiffeners as per Steps 4-7, page 21-16. Fabricated step attach angles and separated nutplate brackets as per Steps 1-4, page 21-17. Clecoed and match-drilled step attach angles and nutplates to F-1202F bulkhead as per Steps 5-9, page 21-17.
