Brief Description: Stall Warning and Terminal Brackets
Trimmed and deburred edges and holes of terminal brackets W-1205-L and W-1205-R. Fabricated W-1205B terminal blocks using UHMW template as per Step 6, page 16-02. Attached terminal blocks to terminal brackets. Fabricated stall warning assembly ground wire. Attached stall warning assembly to appropriate nose rib as per Figure 1, page 16-03. Positioned W-1202-L mid wing skin and adjusted stall warning assembly until it activated and deactivated with the least travel possible. Bent stall warning vane so that it was perpendicular with wing skin. Fabricated terminal wire and atttached to stall warning assembly then routed through nose ribs. Fabricated 2 ground wires for terminal brackets. Attached one ground wire and stall warning terminal wire to terminal bracket as per Figure 2, page 16-04. Attached terminal bracket W-1205-L to left inboard nose rib of left wing. Terminal bracket W-1205-R set aside for later installation on right wing. Completed Section 16.
