Found inside of rudder around to tip light buldge the fibergalss layup that the layers were not adgered to each other. The fiberglass thickness one one side was thin and required buildup with more fiberglass cloth and resin.
Miss-drilled the top and bottom aluminim doubler for the light mount (called for drilling #43 and drilled #30 mistakedly). Ordered/received replacement from Vans.
Emp kit and Aero tail light kit did not include the 4-40 screws called out in Figure 2.
