Two lower gussets require large washers to support the engine mount. .125" 4130 is clamped to the drill press table and a bi-metal saw is used to cut the blank. A razor sharp edge is left on the lower side of the washer and is cleaned up with a file. The center hole is drilled out for the 5/8" bushing.
