Brief Description: Fitting Hinges to the horizontal stabilizer
A bushing was welded into the horizontal stabilizer at each hinge location. Extra length was left on the bushing. Then after welding, the extra length was ground and filed off so the hinge fit over the bushing and an AN4 was slipped in to temporarily hold it in place.
