Ribs were bent on a Pexto seaming machine at work. A piece of 3/4" tubing was used to trace the arc at the end of the rib. Metal snips and some grinder work rounds out the end cut. Test fit the rib until it goes in without deflecting the trailing edge or hinged spar.
