Brief Description: Horizontal Stabilizer

First day of building at home. Today I began building the horizontal stabilizer. Inventoried all parts, cleco'd front and rear spars to ribs, drilled out for A-4 size rivets, installed top side of skin, drilled out to A-4. 16 hrs. total to date.
