After a lot of angle measuring and purchasing a simple plastic angle finder at an Art Supply store, I finally got the rudder stops laid out, drilled and riveted in place. I've got about 21 degrees of deflection both ways, & if I need more later I can grind off a little of the rudder stops to get what I want.
